When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 7 to 15 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to your address. Thanks to this unique business model, we save significantly on storage and transportation costs, allowing us to offer our products at more competitive prices than our competitors. In addition, we cover all shipping costs.
The estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur during the shipping process.

If you have not received your order within 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.
Some products are missing from my order. How is that possible?
We work with multiple suppliers, which means products may be shipped separately. If some items are missing, they are usually delivered within 2 to 3 additional days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What are the shipping costs?
We cover all shipping costs ourselves.
Please note: We occasionally offer promotional FREE products. In such cases, a shipping fee of €6.95 is charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
Exchanges & Returns
I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the product is unused and in its original, undamaged condition. You are not required to provide a reason for the return.
